Our Policies


There is no consultation fee to meet with our Physician, Registered Nurses, Estheticians and office staff to discuss your overall treatment plan.

Appointment Policy

All Thermage, Vivace and Miradry treatments will require half down at the time the appointment is scheduled and the other half will need to be paid the day of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We have a text/email reminder one day prior to you appointment, however this is a courtesy and the office cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if appointments aren’t cancelled 12 hours in advance

Late Policy

Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be accommodated only if time allows. It may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled service. Your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed or inconvenienced. Thank you for your understanding.

Package “Banking” Policy

The package price expires 1 year after the date of purchase unless otherwise stated when purchasing. After expiration it turns into a monetary credit. (Applies to all packages)


Gratuity is not included in the price for our facial treatments and it is customary to tip our Aestheticians for these services. For our medical staff, they would love a referral or review on social media in lieu of a tip.

Our recommended gratuity is 15%-20%
